    Job Responsibility

    - Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing their dream property

    - Determine customers need and financial abilities & accordingly propose them the right Sethia home.

    - Assist the customers with all the informations pertaining to his interested property,

    - Provide customer support with all the necessary paperworks

    - Providing timely information to all the interested customers who shows their interests through Advertisements, websites etc.

    - Develop own broker & Channel Partner Network

    - Remain knowledgeable about the real estate trends & around competitions. 

  • Guest/Customer Relations - Site
  •  Qualification: Preference for Graduate & Above

    Experience1 Year & Above (Female Candidate)

    Job Responsibility

    - Ensure flawless, professional and high class guest Service experience at Reception

    - Make the customer comfortable and get their introduction forms filled up for further follow-ups.

    - Analyse customer feedback – both stated and unstated feedbacks,

    - Respond to the customers need and react promptly to their inquiries

    - Actively listen and resolve customers complaints

    - Co-ordinate and manage communications between customers and Sales team to ensure complete service to the customer

    - Promote all amenities & convenience for the customers

    - Keep customer record and the Log-book complete & up to date

    - Remain knowledgeable about the real estate. 

     

  • Accounts & Finance Professional
  •  Qualification: Graduation in commerce or Professional Degree’s in Accounts and finance

    Experience2 Years & Above (Pref from Real Estate)

    Job Responsibility

    - Ability to prepare financial reports, compile and analyze the same

    - Prepare general Ledger accounts, maintaining and documenting all the financial transactions.

    - Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, capital etc

    - Ability to prepare Balance sheet, P& L statement and other reports to summarize current & projected company

      financial position. 

  • Customer Relations / Post-Sales (Real Estate)
  • Qualification: Preference for Graduate & Above

    Experience: 3 Years & Above (Real Estate)

    Job Responsibility-      

    - To act as a single point of contact between the customer and the company

    To respond to all customer calls and emails

    - To keep the customer informed about the progress of the project from time to time availed

    - To attend to prospects when they visit the HO, explain the product to them, resolve any queries and ensure that they visit the site office and interact with the sales team

    - To interact with prospects when they call the HO, explain the product to them, resolve any queries and ensure that they visit the site office and interact with the sales team

    - To address all the complaints/ issues of the customers, maintain a record of them and regularly forwarding them to the concerned department

    - To ensure that all customer complaints are resolved as quickly as possible

    - To send demand note with relevant documents to customer after project intimation

    - To follow up with the client regarding outstanding amount & initiate recovery procedure and take necessary steps in case of consistence payment default (Cancellation and property forfeiture)

    - To liaison with all concerned departments like Design & Architecture, Construction, Finance & Accounts, Sales & Marketing, etc. in order to ensure that customer is kept satisfied
